Promotions Terms

Offer Availability

• Offers are valid only for the stated campaign period and participating branch.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless Vala's Gym confirms this in writing.
• Management may modify, pause, withdraw, or correct an offer if there is a pricing error, operational limitation, misuse, or policy change.

Using Promotions

• Student, family, renewal, referral, or seasonal offers may require valid proof or approval at registration.
• Discounts apply only to the package or duration stated in the campaign.
• Promotional benefits are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable unless specifically allowed.

Reward Points And Referrals

• Reward points, referral bonuses, and member benefits are available only where included in the chosen package or campaign.
• Referral benefits may require the referred person to complete registration and payment.
• Vala's Gym may withhold benefits if referral details are incomplete, duplicated, or misused.

Membership Terms Still Apply

Promotional memberships remain subject to the main Terms & Conditions, including facility rules, package access rules, conduct, safety, no-refund/no-transfer policies, and branch operating decisions.
